La Cantine - 148 Rue Jean Lauret

We came with friends to do some shopping and we tried "La Cantine." The menu was tempting. A perfect welcome, a smiling and dynamic team despite the intense heat. We offered a choice of indoor or outdoor seating, a nice glass of Tariquet, but after 10 minutes the heat became too much for me. We asked to be seated indoors, and very kindly and professionally, they moved us. A big, big thank you. The interior is very pretty, the meal very good. A big thank you to the delicious chef. I was just disappointed by my lemon tart, which wasn't homemade, with just a slightly hard meringue on top, but it didn't matter. My friend devoured her strawberry dessert. I appreciated the location, the welcome, and the meal. A big thank you to the entire team. We will be happy to come back.

An excellent address! The dishes are really very good, generous and plentiful, with very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is pleasant, you feel good from the moment you arrive. A big plus for the service: two particularly adorable waitresses took great care, not only with us but also with our 3-year-old granddaughter, which made the moment even more welcoming. Thank you for this wonderful experience, we will come back with pleasure!

Friday, we had a wonderful afternoon snack with friends on the terrace at La Cantine, located in the heart of CARRE Sud. A warm indoor dining room and a beautiful outdoor terrace. The staff is friendly, the service efficient and high-quality. The ice cream sundaes are delicious, generous, and excellent. Thank you to our server, Christophe, who was attentive and took great care of us, as he did with all the other guests. We regularly come to this establishment with its simple and friendly atmosphere. Come try it!

Definitely one of my favorite places for a good lunch (or even a snack break). I let myself be tempted by the suggestion of the day and no regrets: a pure delight. Congratulations to the kitchen staff, the meal was delicious (Roast pork, pecorino sauce, gnocchi Chocolate mousse and meringue). Never disappointed during my visits to La Cantine, I will be back soon.
